  I purchased a new iphone at the Renmark Telstra store on 7th jan 2017 and the salesperson who assisted me, Ben, gave outstanding service. He not only answered all my endless questions but went above and beyond a salesperson's requirements and set up the whole telephone and apps I required etc so all I had to do when i left the store was turn the phone on. All the setup was completed. Thank You Ben your service was excellent and much appreciated.

  I drove all the way into Renmark from Pinnaroo for a phone screen from the telstra store. I got there 10 minutes before they were supposed to close at 3pm (on saturday). Just in time you'd say! But they had already closed.. I'm very disappointed. I found this very unprofessional.

  Rude staff, no product knowledge other than what they have been told to say from promotional materials. Very expensive! And no technical support compared to other Telstra shops like the great staff at the Mildura store which is 140 kms away and still better to travel that far just for the service. This store should be shut down! Or all current staff sacked. Namely the manager as she is on some kind of power trip!
