  Recently just tried to return a newly bought broken handbag to be faced with rude costumer service. The staff member demanded they will no longer refund future items if refunded, as she ASSUMED we had previously returned many items LAST YEAR. Mind you, the last person to return something was a relative whom shouldn't be associated with what I purchase and refund. What kind of policy is this? I'm pretty sure that the policy states that costumers are allowed to return items within a specific time frame, provided that they were not formally told that we were not allowed to return the item at point of purchase. I have had many purchases from this particular store and I have never been faced with such rude assumptions. Will not be returning to this store for sure. As for the staff member that served us, you should view every costumer whom buys your product as individuals rather than grouping people together and accusing them of false accusations.
